How to prepare:

Beat the cream with the sugar and add them to the cheese and Kahlua. One third of the biscuits are dipped briefly in coffee and arranged in a single layer in a square tray. Spread 1/3 of the cream. Above them put two additional lines (three in total). The dessert is sprinkled with cocoa powder ION and cooled until ready serving.

  • 2 ½ cup of liquid ION cream
  • 3 5 tablespoons Kahlua
  • 4 ¼ cup sugar
  • 5 2 tablespoons espresso coffee

  • 7 250g biscuits
