History

INTERION S.A. was established in 2001 with the participation of INTERIA (leading Greek chocolate and other confectionery products manufacturer). The company is based in Kostinbrod, Bulgaria, where it has its headquarters and production facilities. INTERION S.A. has an extended sales and distribution network covering the whole Bulgarian market, in Kostinbrod, Plovdiv and Varna.

INTERION S.A. produces a large variety of hazelnut, cocoa and white cream spreads under the brand name "NuCrema" - a well-established brand in Greece. Since the creation of INTERION S.A., NuCrema has gained considerable distribution and market share in Bulgaria and in neighbouring Balkan markets. Apart from a wide range of spreads for the consumer, the company is producing a range of products for the hotel, restaurant and catering markets (HORECA) and the patisserie sector.

The company is also the sole distributor in Bulgaria of the ION product range, including chocolate bars, wafers, candies and cocoa. The extensive know-how of INTERION S.A. in the production of chocolate and confectionery products, coupled with INTERION's latest technology production facilities, guarantees the quality and success of the company's products in Bulgaria.
